We had a great time during our 11-night stay here; the room was beautifully decorated with a work desk, coffee and tea making facilities, and a TV, and we really liked dining at the casual restaurant for dinner.

The room was brand-new and functional, with full height windows, I loved it.

Everything was excellent, stunning location close enough to quiet suburb that's well connected to the centre, inside the zoo and a large park and the zoo, fantastic experience. My room was excellent sized and functional and the view to the Zoo and park was lovely. All the staff was very pleasant and amazingly nice, settled my issues.

The staff here were really great, and they have a fantastic laid-back restaurant. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it looked really nice. the fact that this place is so close to a cool tower and an art gallery is amazing! 🌟

Not close to the subway, so it may not be convenient for those without a car. The main dining room lacks a view on the zoo, although there is a big window behind the bar area.

The room I stayed in was nicely furnished and the hotel’s location was great, just a short walk from Victory Column.

A gem of a hotel, nestled in a beautiful residential area. The location is ideal, right in the center of this great city, with the zoo just next door. The rooms, with their comfortable beds and views of the adjacent Tiergarten, are simply delightful. I particularly loved the little balcony, where I could sit and enjoy the view of the Gedächtniskirche. The staff were fantastic, providing excellent service with a smile. The breakfast spread was equally impressive, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

We had a great stay in a beautifully designed hotel with attentive staff. The rooms were clean, spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering fantastic views of the zoo. The hotel facilities including the swimming pool and sauna were a highlight and transportation was very convenient. Its location near parks made it an ideal base for exploring the city.

The amenities were superb and included two complementary items. the location was prime for a morning run/walk, and the staff were professional and helpful, with excellent service.

The hotel was a bit far from some of the places we visited, but it was worth it for the serene location. Breakfast on one of the days was a bit chaotic and slow, but it was better on the other day.

The breakfast was outstanding, and the freshly baked bread was a real highlight. the staff was professional, friendly, and very accommodating.

The bathroom was a bit small, and the shower could have been better designed. there weren't many English language TV channels available.

From the moment I arrived at this hotel, I was impressed by the luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the spa and wellness center provided a wide range of treatments, from full-body massages to beauty treatments, all in a relaxing and beautifully designed environment. the indoor swimming pool was a treat, with a sauna and steam room for even more pampering. the restaurant offered delicious and varied menus, including special diet options, and the bar/lounge area was the perfect place to enjoy a cocktail before heading back to my private room. Speaking of which, my room was outstanding, with exclusive advantages like private facilities, and a sun terrace where I could enjoy the view of the beautiful garden area.

there were plenty of other activities available to keep me entertained, including the heated swimming pool and treatment rooms.
